When you sign up to exhibit at the fair, you will be sent the contract for your participation along with a plan of your stand and an email containing date lists and all relevant practical information.

For a successful trade fair

  1. Make agreements with potential buyers in advance of the show about visiting your stand.
  2. You could advertise special trade fair offers, competitions, prizes or other deals.
  3. If you have new products or other professionally relevant news in the runup to the fair, please contact AuClock to get editorial coverage in their trade fair editions. You can find their email addresses on and on
  4. Decorate your stand so that it’s inviting and exciting.
  5. Make sure your stand is well staffed so that you can take breaks.
  6. Take advantage of the fair to walk around and visit other booths; unexpected and valuable contacts are often made here.
  7. Think beyond sales; use the fair to display who you are and even to obtain new partners, suppliers, agents, etc.
  8. Be sure to have a flyer, postcard, gimmick or something similar ready to hand out so that you have a reason to stop visitors and get a dialogue going.
